Return Policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. That’s why we offer a 15-day return policy for only regular price.

To return an item, please follow these steps:
  • Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide us with your order number and the reason for your return.
  • Return the item to us in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • We will refund your purchase price, minus shipping costs.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with the size or color of an item, you may exchange it for a different size or color.

To exchange an item, please follow these steps:
  • Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide us with your order number and the size or color you would like to exchange for.
  • Return the item to us in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • We will ship the new item to you at no charge.

 

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: sale@howardjacket.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
  • Custom-made items
  • Items that have been used or damaged
  • Items that have been opened or tampered with
